The Dyson DC16 takes the Animal out of your house

I’ve never been lucky enough to own a pet (and I’m pretty sure snails don’t count) but on the plus side I’ve never had to deal with pet hair. It might not sound that scary, but to people who are constantly trying to remove the dreaded fluff it’s quite a nightmare. Dyson have released the Animal in response, a lethal looking machine with integrated brushbar to make furry sofas a thing of the past.

The new vacuum is designed to remove the most stubborn pet hairs from wherever they’ve fallen, using Dyson cyclone technology. The DC16 will run for six minutes, and has an LED display to indicate battery charge levels. Could this mean the end to cat hair on clothes? I hope so…
