LG unveils the Xnote P510 for the higher end of the market
Seeing as most of the news today has been mobile shaped (thanks to Mobile World Congress), we thought we’d give you a bit of a breather by showcasing LG’s high-end Xnote P510 notebook. And judging by the look on this girl’s face, this laptop means business.
It packs a 15.4-inch LED backlit screen, a rubberised keyboard and textured outer shell, NVIDIA’s new GeForce GT130M graphics and will come in three separate offerings.
The most expensive of the pack, and therefore the most highly specced notebook is the P510-UP98K. This machine runs on a 2.98GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, packs 4GB RAM, and a 500GB hard drive, as well as a 64GB SSD. The other models share some similarities with this mighty model, but the option to go for less RAM (2GB), a smaller hard drive (320GB) and slower Core 2 Duo processor is there (2.66GHz and 2.53GHz) should you not want to do too much damage to your personal finances.
All three notebooks run Windows Vista Premium, weigh around 2.3kg and will apparently provide haptic feedback for certain controls like the power button.
There’s no word on a release date but will be launching sometime this year.
