Instagram week

For a whole week Shiny Shiny is going to be dedicated to our favourite application, some think it’s a bit cheesy, some think it’s a bit fake, but wow do we love Instagram.

Whether it’s sharing food snaps or taking beautiful photos of your favourite landmarks, Instagram is ideal for adding vintage filters, blurring out the harsh edges and sharing images with our friends.

We’re going to be writing a number of Instagram features about some of the best uses of the app, ways to make the most of the community, examples of the most poignant and beautiful shots and editing pointers, as well as some top tips for improving your mobile photography generally.

We’re also going to be running a pretty exciting Autumn themed Instagram competition too, but we’ll give you a few more details about that later.
