APP OF THE DAY: Famous Objects from Classic Movies comes to the iPad

The Famous Objects From Classic Movies online game is one of our favourite ways to waste away an hour or so (or three) and now it’s available as an app for the iPad too.

It’s a really simple and highly addictive game that flashes up a basic silhouette of an object and you have to then write which movie it appears in. We don’t want to give many away, but think a bike for E.T. and a bowling ball for The Big Lebowski… You get the idea.

There are more than 150 images and movies in the app at the moment, so even the most extreme movie fans will be kept entertained. Enjoy.
