Apple giving away free iPhone/iPad apps on Friday

Later this week Apple’s App store celebrates its fifth birthday, yes and I know that doesn’t seem possible. Anyhow to get the party started the company will be giving away a load of apps on that day that you would usually have to pay for.

There’s a good selection too including the high octane game Infinity Blade II (usually priced £4.99) andTraktor DJ for iPad, which usually sells for £13.99 selling price.

Other apps include Tiny Wings, Badland, picture editing app Over, Disney’s kids game Where’s My Water? and more.

So if you fancy any of those make a note to get downloading on Wednesday 10th.
