What do we (think we) know about the Nokia X2?
Leaked details of Microsoft’s Nokia X2 Dual SIM smartphone, model name: Nokia X2DS (RM-1013) have been posted on the AnTuTu benchmark website.
If the specs are correct, it looks like the new handset will be a slight improvement on their previous model, the Nokia X, which launched in February. But we weren’t expecting anything especially
flashy or ground-breaking, given that this range is priced at the affordable end of the smartphone market.
It will apparently have a 4.3-inch display with 480×800 resolution, a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera, and 4GB internal storage.
It’s also rumoured it will include a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with 1GB RAM and run on Android 4.3, Jelly Bean.
Based on the photo of the phone, which first surfaced on Chinese forum Baidu, it also looks like one small but significant difference in the new model will be a Windows home button next to the back key, instead of the standard Android design.
