Samsung Galaxy Tab S images leaked – what do you think?
Photos of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S line have leaked online ahead of the company’s official introduction of the new line up on June 12th.
Press pictures of the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, which first appeared on @evleaks,
show a thin, light tablet that looks very similar to the existing Galaxy Tab 10.1, although of course it’ll be a little larger.
A few days ago, Sam Mobile looked at the firmware for the S Tab range and confirmed that it’ll include a fingertip sensor, which can be seen in these images. There will also be an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front one, plus the same Ultra Power Saving Mode that the Galaxy S5 has, which could keep the battery going for quite some time.
The 10.5 tablet is expected to be available in 4G or WiFi options and to feature a 2560×1600 pixel Super AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM, an Exynos 5 Octa 5420 processor, and Android 4.4.
Photos of the smaller, sleeker 8.4 inch model have also been leaked on the website of the Chinese regulatory authority TENAA, as reported by
G for Games. They include a list of specs, which if correct, mean that it will boast the same hardware as the bigger version, measure 125.6 × 212.8 × 6.5 mm and weigh 287 grams.
There are no details yet on price.
