Metail has made Cher Horowitz’ Clueless wardrobe a real thing!
Did you, like us, grow up wishing you could have Cher Horowitz’ digitised and colour-coordinated wardrobe – checked co-ords and all? Well, Metail have sort of made it possible for the Clueless lifestyle to be a real thing. As if!
To launch its digital fitting room, Metail is encouraging you to create your own ‘MeModel’ by inputting your height, weight and bra size, along with waist and hip measurements, for you to then try on clothes online to create different outfits, and see exactly which clothes would suit your figure.
Each outfit, accompanied by Cher’s classic white knee-high socks and black t-bar shoes, created on a MeModel can be shared privately or publicly via Facebook, email or as a link to friends, so you can ask them for their opinion on your outfit, before you go off and buy it.
Metail’s CEO, Tom Adeyoola, said: “Adding the “Share” capability to our product is a key milestone for us which will be rolled out with our commercial partners in the forthcoming months. We know through feedback that the “Share” option is key to moving our user experience forward.
“Sharing outfit combinations with friends for comment and advice in the same way that consumers shop for clothing on the high-street has been a key experience missing from the online shopping experience, until now”
MeModels are also available to create on fashion retail sites, Warehouse and Dafiti. Once consumers have created their own personal MeModel, it can be accessed on any website offering the MeModel service online.
If you want to #ShareYourCher, head to the Metail website to create your own MeModel. We’ve already put ours in the yellow plaid suit, because, let’s be honest, that’s the best Cher look!
