Mobile rumours: Moto 360 images, rumoured Xperia Z3 tablet, and another Samsung wearable
The world of mobile news is scary and complicated, with rumours flying about all over the place about what the many different companies are planning on doing. If you don’t know what you’re looking for then chances are you won’t get very far, so to ease your burden here are some of today’s biggest mobile rumours.
1. Moto 360 images leak, reveal wireless charging in action
We first saw the Moto 360’s design at Google I/O a couple of months ago, and it impressed an awful lot of people — despite Motorola being remarkably quiet about some of the watch’s features. Now thanks to Mister Gadget we actually have some confirmation of those features in the form of an image gallery of the watch in action — features that include wireless charging and an optical heart rate monitor. Head on over to see he full gallery, which includes a side-by-side comparison with LG’s rather blockish G Watch.

2. Is Samsung announcing another wearable alongside the Galaxy Note 4?
We’ve all assumed that Samsung’s September 3rd press event is to unveil the Galaxy Note 4 to the world, but what if that’s not all the company has planned? Rumours are popping up that suggest Samsung is going to be announcing a new wearable gadget on the day, could it be the round-faced smartwatch we’ve already heard about? This would be Samsung’s sixth smartwatch in 12 months.
Other sources claims that the event will also be where Samsung officially unveil’s it’s rumoured mobile VR headset, but we can’t know for sure. We’re just going to have to wait and see. [Business Insider]
3. Rumours suggest that the Sony SGP621 could be an Xperia Z3 tablet
The Xperia Z2 tablet was only announced a few months ago at MWC in Spain, but it appears that Sony might be going the same way as its Xperia phone line by releasing the next iteration of the tablet in the coming months. That’s the rumour anyway. What we do know is that the device known only as SGP621 has been approved by authorities for sale in Indonesia, meaning Sony definitely has something on the way, we just can’t be 100 per cent sure what.
All will inevitably be revealed when IFA commences next month. [UberGizmo]
