The Galaxy Note Edge is coming to the UK
When Samsung announced the Galaxy Note Edge it announced that the phone would be available in select regions, which had people worried that it would not make it to the UK. Further announcements that device would be a limited edition concept only added fuel to that rumour. Fortunately it has been announced that the curved screen phone will be coming to the UK after all.
According to The Inquirer Vodafone will be carrying the device in the UK but has yet to reveal a release date or specific pricing. But SamMobile claims that the phone will cost €899 (£704) when it goes on sale in Europe, and is expected to go on sale in Denmark by the 12th December.
For those of you who may have forgotten, the Galaxy Note Edge is a variant of the Galaxy Note 4 with a curved secondary display. This display can be used for a variety of things, including notifications and quick launching apps.
We’ll keep you updated as we hear more, but it’s good news that the device is coming to the UK. It probably won’t be in huge quantities, so if you have your heart set on the Note Edge then you should keep your eyes on the news to get your pre-order in.
