UK pricing for the Nexus 6 has been revealed
The Nexus 6 has been available for pre-order in the US for some time now, yet we have heard nothing about when it’ll be available in the UK and, perhaps more importantly, how much it’ll cost.
That period of ignorance is now over, because the UK prices for the Nexus 6 have actually been announced, yet we still don’t know when it’s going to arrive. If you’re planning on buying unlocked, SIM-free, versions of the phone then you’re going to have to fork out £499 for the 32GB version and £549 for the 64GB version.
The UK availability is a bit more of a conundrum. Google has the device down as ‘coming soon’. As mentioned a couple of days ago, the device is expected to be arriving in people’s hands by December 1st but that’s not exactly confirmed by Google. Rumour has it that Google is struggling to met demand for the device in the US, which is why exact international release dates are a bit up in the air right now.
The fact that the Nexus 6 has actually appeared on Google Play in the UK is only a good sign. We may have to wait ahead of us, but it shouldn’t be too long before we can get our hands on the device.
