10 sparkly outfits for New Year’s Eve
At ShinyShiny, we love a good sparkly outfit – the name says it all really – and New Year’s Eve is the perfect time to bring out your inner magpie, without anyone judging you for going OTT.
From dresses to playsuits to co-ords, these are our favourite outfits with a bit of sequin or glitter to jazz up your night on 31st December.

This playsuit is so sparkly, and a really flattering shape too, with its plunge neckline and cinched waistband. Your arms won’t get too cold either, as it’s long sleeved. While the playsuit comes in green and black too, our favourite is this burgundy number.

ASOS Kimono Dress
Our intern Sadie wore this sequinned kimono dress to the ShinyShiny Christmas party, and we absolutely love it! It’s so sophisticated and sparkly, but the plunge neckline and the keyhole back give it that something extra special. This dress also comes in grey, but we’re much bigger fans of the navy version.

Topshop Jumpsuit
Having seen this jumpsuit on a few different people, I can safely say that it’s SUCH a flattering shape, and, being velvet, so soft too. It’s a great choice if you want to go a bit more subtle with your sparkle, and is on sale too, so there’s no need to feel bad about buying!
This jumpsuit is available from Topshop for £20, down from £42, and there’s also a petite version for us shorties, although, for some reason, we have to pay an extra £8 for less material.

This glam dress will definitely make you stand out at any New Year’s Eve party! The thigh high split is amazing, and the deep red colour is stunning. Yes, it’s a brave look, but you’ll definitely get noticed.

These sequinned co-ords are so gorgeous and sexy, and, if it’s good enough for Nicole Scherzinger, it’s good enough for us, right? Plus, the top and skirt can definitely be used separately for other outfits. What could be better?
