Dolfi uses ultrasonic waves to wash your clothes without a washing machine.
There are times when washing your clothes in a washing machine just isn’t possible, whether the clothes have to be washed by hand or you just don’t have access to a washing machine. Hand washing is a drag, not to mention time consuming, which is why you might as well use a gadget that does all the hard work for you.
Dolfi is shaped like a bar of soap, and uses ultrasonic waves in water to remove dirt from your clothes. All you need is a sink, water, detergent, and dirty clothes. Stick Dolfi in the water, and half an hour later you’ll come back to find your clothes nice and clean.
Dolfi does have its limitations of course, and the main one is that you have to rinse the clothes yourself. The other is that you can’t use it to wash more than two kilograms of clothes at a time. Considering it removes the most time consuming and awkward part of th process I’m sure everyone can manage.
Dolfi is currently available on Indiegogo, and at the time of writing has raised almost $80,000 more than its $100,00 target. If you want to get one for yourself you have to pledge $124 (£83, including UK shipping), and wait for it to arrive sometime in August.
