The OneBoard Pro+ is a keyboard and an Android device
Over the past month or so we’ve seen an awful lot of different devices with computer inside them. Devices like HDMI sticks, and even a computer mouse. But all of those devices need a keyboard to work, so why not stick the computer inside the keyboard?
Before you make you snarky remark about that being a laptop, OneBoard Pro+ is not a laptop. It’s actually a mechanical keyboard that contains an fully-fledged Android device that you can hook up to a display and mouse to use as a regular Android-powered computer.
It’s got a quad-core 1.8 GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of flash storage, an SD card slot, and all runs on Android KitKat. You can also hook it up to your computer and use it as a regular mechanical keyboard.
It’s not the most stylish or comprehensive keyboard in the world, but if you want to be able to ferry your computer around without the bulk of buying a laptop then this isn’t a bad way to go. Until the Mouse-Box goes on general release that is.
You can pre-order the OneBoard Pro+ now for £197.97.
